Delivery policy
On the day of your delivery
Our delivery team will place your appliances in the designated area; however, it’s crucial that the area is cleared before their arrival. They can also take away your old standard-sized appliance if it’s unplugged and emptied.
A $125 FEE WILL APPLY IF…
- You’re not present at the time of delivery
- The safety of our delivery team is at risk (ice, snow, ramp)
- Your dimensions are incorrect
- Your street is under construction
For mountainous or remote areas, please note that our trucks are not off-road vehicles. It’s your responsibility to inform us of any problematic roads or entrances so we can make arrangements with you to ensure the safety of our delivery team.
Once the delivery is completed, please ensure that all items listed on your invoice have been delivered. You have 48 hours after your delivery to notify us of any discrepancies!
All sales are final. All our products come with a one-year warranty on parts and labor. The legal warranty is not valid for as-is products. Items are sold as-is in their current condition as stated at the time of purchase. Minor imperfections and missing components (which do not affect the proper functioning of the appliance) will always be mentioned by the sellers during the sale. Therefore, they cannot be subject to a claim or complaint with the after-sales service.
FAST DELIVERY
Deliveries start at 6:00 AM.
The day before your delivery, a member of our team will contact you to provide a four (4) hour delivery window. This window is subject to change based on the day’s delivery schedule.
Upon request during delivery confirmation, a maximum of twenty (20) minutes’ notice can be given before our team arrives.
IMPORTANT POINTS
- Additional $100 fees apply for deliveries to the 3rd and 4th floors.
- Delivery includes placement of the appliance provided the desired location is cleared before the delivery team arrives.
- No installation or uninstallation service provided.
- It is your responsibility to protect your floors (no warranty related to damages).
- We can remove your old standard-sized appliance, provided it is unplugged, emptied, and ready for pickup.
- Extra charges apply if we need to move your old appliances.

The professional delivery fee includes only 3 steps.
The pickup of your old professional appliance varies between $100 and $200.
For a delivery of professional appliances, we suggest using Masonite, an extremely strong material, to protect your floor.

A personalized delivery is available for $150 per hour!
Please note that this rate starts when our truck leaves our departure point, located at 1090 Marie-Victorin Blvd, Longueuil, and ends upon return to this address.
Minimum of 2 hours.
Store Pickup
Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM
If “Store Pickup” is indicated during checkout, the product is eligible for in-store pickup.
You will receive an email confirmation when your items are ready, with a 7-day pickup window.
After this period, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
During pickup, please provide proof of purchase and a valid ID.
