Pierre Duret Services, in business since 1964, offered parts and repair services, as well as reselling used appliances, for many years. However, in 2006, we took the bold decision to reorient our activities towards returns management, concentrating on the sale of new appliances with minor imperfections and new unboxed appliances. In 2007, the company inaugurated a new, larger retail space and adopted the name Électroménagers Longueuil.

In just six years, Électroménagers Longueuil has quadrupled its surface area to meet the growing demand. The new location includes three repair shops that meet all safety standards, a wash shop to prepare products for retail, a warehouse area and a 30,000 cu.ft. sales floor.
Électroménagers Longueuil reaches a large population in the Greater Montreal area. A total of 5 branches are operated in the province of Quebec. They are located in Longueuil, in the Longueuil industrial park, in Laval, in Gatineau and in Lévis. Nearly 95% of our products are sent to our own branches for regular sale, while the remaining 5% are intended for distribution to resellers.
