Our Laval branch serves one of southern Quebec's major urban centers. We cover Laval and the surrounding area.

Delivery limits 

Important We do not deliver outside Canada. Our delivery services are limited to Quebec.
For homes in mountainous or remote areas, our trucks are not all-terrain vehicles. It is your responsibility to advise us of any problematic roads or entrances. That way, we can take steps to ensure the safety of our delivery personnel.

Delivery times

Our deliveries start as early as 6 a.m. in all our branches. The day before your delivery, our team will contact you. You will be given a four (4) hour time slot during which your delivery will take place.
Attention This range may change depending on the day's deliveries.

Advance notice before arrival

If you request it when confirming your delivery, a maximum of twenty (20) minutes' notice can be given to you, at the number of your choice, before our team arrives on site.

Order tracking 

You can track the progress of your appliance order in real time. It's simple and practical.
To track your delivery, enter the associated telephone number and the access code received by email. You'll know exactly where your order is. Click here.

Deposit and Installation 

Our delivery drivers will drop off your appliances at the specified location. It is imperative that the space be cleared before their arrival.
Delivery includes setting up the unit. However, this assumes that the desired location is already prepared and accessible to our delivery personnel.

Picking up your old appliance 

Our delivery drivers can leave with your old standard-sized appliances. Make sure
disconnected and emptied.
Important: The unit must be ready for pick-up. Additional charges apply if
we have to move your old appliances.

What is NOT included 

Attention The following services are not included in standard delivery:
- No professional installation or de-installation service
- It's your responsibility to protect your floors (no warranty against damage)

Post-delivery inspection 

Important Once delivery has been completed, immediately check that all items on your invoice have been delivered.
Critical time You have 48 hours after delivery to notify us of any problem. After this time, no claims will be accepted.

 

Additional charge of 125 $

A fee of 125 $ applies in the following situations:

  •  You are absent at the time of delivery
  •  Delivery driver safety at risk (ice, snow, dangerous ramp)
  • Your dimensions are incorrect
  • Your street is under construction

Additional fee of 100 $ if...

A charge of 100 $ applies for deliveries to 3rd or 4th floors without elevator.

For professional and high-end appliances, special rates apply. These
rates vary according to the dimensions of your appliances.

  • Professional delivery charges only include ✓ steps
  • The trade-in price for your old professional appliances ranges from 100 $ to 200 $.
  • We suggest using Masonite to protect your floor.

Your proposed time slot doesn't suit you? No problem. We offer a personalized delivery service.
Rate: 150 $ per hour (minimum 2 hours). This service allows you to choose the exact time of your delivery according to your availability.

Important information: This rate begins when our truck leaves our departure point and ends when we return to this address.


For certain products, in-store pick-up is available. This option allows you to save on delivery costs and pick up your purchases quickly.

Eligibility and procedure

If the «In-store pickup» option is indicated in the product description, the product is eligible. You will receive an email confirmation when your items are ready.
Pick-up window: 7 days maximum. After this period, the product may be resold and you will have to make a new selection.
At pick-up: Bring your proof of purchase and valid ID. Our team will check your order before handing over your appliances.

All our sales are final. All our products come with a one-year warranty on parts and labor.
ImportantThe legal warranty is not valid on «as is» products. These products are sold in their current condition.

Slight imperfections and missing components (which do not interfere with proper operation) are always mentioned by the seller during the sale. Consequently, they cannot be the subject of a complaint to the after-sales service.
