APPLIANCE WARRANTIES

Discover our legal and extended warranties available in all our stores. We offer comprehensive protection for your appliance purchases.

Our units are covered by a 1-year warranty. In addition, the manufacturer's warranty applies according to the manufacturer's terms.

Yes, an extended warranty is available at all our branches. It can be registered within the first 11 months of purchase.
It offers protection for up to 5 years, ideal for ensuring the longevity of your appliances, and can be renewed before it expires.

Immediate verification on delivery is mandatory. If the product is not in the same apparent condition as seen in the store, make any necessary reservations with the delivery personnel on site.

You have 48 hours following delivery to report any reservations. This includes any apparent defect, cosmetic defect or non-conformity.
Attention Acceptance without reservation removes the right to invoke any apparent defect. After the 48-hour period, no manufacturer will accept a complaint.

Important The warranty is void if the product is not installed by a professional with a valid RBQ license. A supporting invoice is required.
In the event of a service call, a charge of 150$ will apply if the defect is the result of improper installation or use. If the customer lives more than 50 km from Montreal, an additional charge of 1$/km will apply.

DELIVERY OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES

Our branches offer a professional delivery service in their respective areas. Each store serves its own region with tailored conditions.

We deliver to a very large territory in Quebec. Each branch serves its own geographical area.
Please check with your nearest store for available delivery zones based on your location. Zones vary by store and type of product purchased.

Deliveries start as early as 6 a.m. in all our branches. The day before your delivery, our team will contact you.
You will be given a four (4) hour time slot during which your delivery will take place. This time slot may change depending on the day's deliveries.

Thanks to Cigo Tracker, you can follow the progress of your order in real time. To track your delivery, enter the associated telephone number and the access code you received by e-mail.

Yes, our delivery drivers can leave with your old standard-size appliance. Just make sure it's unplugged and emptied before they arrive.
Attention The unit must be ready for pick-up. Additional charges apply if we have to move your old units.

Yes, for certain products. Your salesperson will tell you whether the model can be taken directly from the store after purchase.
Pick-up times vary by store. Please refer to our delivery policy for pick-up times at your nearest store.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

IMPORTANT : All sales are final. This policy applies to all our branches in Quebec.
No refunds will be given once delivery has been accepted. Please check your choice before finalizing your purchase.

However, there are exceptions. If there is a problem with the purchased good existing at the time of its delivery or if the good is not in conformity with the description, contact us.
The buyer may, as soon as possible after receipt, make a request for exchange or refund to the sales department via info@electroqc.ca
If circumstances warrant :
- In case of refund : The amount debited will be credited as soon as possible.
- In the event of an exchange: We will offer a product of the same nature and of an equal or lower cost.

If we agree to take back a delivered item, a credit note will be issued to the customer. The amount corresponds to the price paid for the appliance or piece of furniture, including taxes.

In exceptional cases, a refund may be granted. However, conditions always apply.
A restocking fee equivalent to 25% of the invoice amount (including taxes) will be deducted. In addition, return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
