Bread Proof Function
Provides gentle, consistent heat to activate yeast in dough and promote proper rising while enhancing flavors. For best results, set the Humidity Control to "Moist" during proofing.

Humidity Control
Adjusts the humidity levels within the drawer to preserve the flavor and texture of different foods. The "Dry" setting releases steam, perfect for baked goods and fried foods, while the "Moist" setting locks in moisture, ideal for egg dishes, roasts, and vegetables.

Two-Position Racks
Racks can be placed front-to-back or side-to-side to accommodate cookware of various shapes and sizes. Two racks are included for added versatility.

Power Indicator Light
Located on the front of the warming drawer, the light clearly indicates when the drawer is active and in use.
